Del Mar college’s white library renovation

The full renovation of Del Mar College’s five story library focuses on revitalizing the entire library which was built in the 1960s and 70s. The library is about 95,000 square ft. and houses the schools main book collections, tutoring center, testing center, IT offices, makerspace and recording studios, and collaboration spaces.

For this project I worked as the lead for coordination with consultants, all BIM modeling, and completing construction documents in Revit.
